About Sami Daher

Mr. Daher brings nearly 30 years of experience in financial and investment advisory, having founded several companies and led multiple teams in various areas such as portfolio management and trading, business analysis, financial due diligence, forecasting and modeling, feasibility studies, competitive analysis, and strategic planning for entering growth and emerging new markets. His diverse skill set and expertise have contributed to his success in navigating the complex financial landscape. Additionally, he has served on the management team and board of directors of several companies, including his role as the CEO of V-Cap, a Private Equity investment firm specializing in New Technologies, Energy, and Telecom. He has also founded and managed AE-Middle East, an exclusive representative of two US-based boutique investment banks for the MENA region.

Prior to his career achievements, Mr. Daher obtained his MBA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Mr. Daher's extensive work experience, combined with his educational background and diverse roles in the financial services, make him a highly respected professional in the financial and investment advisory industry.

About Chanpreet Thapar

Chanpreet is a highly experienced professional in Wealth Management and Private Banking. With over 15 years in the industry, he has a proven track record in sales, Customer Relationship Management and marketing of banking and investment products and services. Throughout his career, he has also held various positions in product management and proposition management at renowned financial institutions.

Chanpreet's accomplishments include successfully launching and managing several campaigns to generate incremental revenue and assets under management, managing liabilities for retail banking, and developing marketing collaterals. He has also developed a training module for a fintech start-up on various investment products during his stint as a consultant. He has an MBA in finance and has successfully cleared Level 1 & 3 certifications from CISI-UK.

About Tsegaye Reda

Tsegaye Reda is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years experience in the UAE, with expertise in banking, finance, business intelligence, performance and technology management.

In his previous role as Finance and MIS Manager at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi, he was responsible for all accounting, management and regulatory reporting of NBADs payment unit . Tsegaye is skilled in project management and has led numerous automation projects. Tsegaye’s strong people management skills helped him manage multicultural teams, aligning performance objectives with the bank’s strategic goals.Tsegaye holds a BSc in Finance and Accounting from Miami University of Ohio, USA, and is a certified Bank Card Professional from the Institute of Financial Services, UK.

About Samia Irsheid

Samia is a highly experienced banking professional with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Her track record of providing personalized solutions and deep understanding of financial products sets her apart from her peers.

She possesses an extensive knowledge of banking products, allowing her to guide customers in making well-informed financial decisions. As an outstanding team player, she actively contributes to reaching the company’s targets and seeks opportunities for cross-training to enhance operational efficiency. She has a Bachelor of Finance degree from University of Jordan and certifications in customer service excellence.

About Asra Asghar

Asra is a seasoned banking professional with expertise in client service, relationship management, and risk assessment, with over 15 years of experience with Standard Chartered Bank, FAB and DIB. He has had exposure to Global Markets and extensive experience in resource mobilization and management at competitive rates. He has also helped organizations reduce fraud cases by introducing control and monitoring procedures.

Raghunathan has also been involved in design and implementation of systems and controls to introduce automation and efficiencies in a back off setup for smooth support service functioning. He has worked in a Regulatory environment throughout his career and acquired skills in the regulated financial services sector.
